Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with inventory systems, BOMs, or order tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Purchasing, Design, and Production.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
- Available to work US time zones (Graveyard shift).
- Must own a laptop or desktop with noise-cancelling headphones and webcam.
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
- Available backup equipment for power and internet outages.
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
- Experience using time-tracking software like Time Doctor.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor Purchase Order status for all assigned accounts.
- Report order delays or schedule changes to the Business Manager.
- Track and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) setup for assigned items.
- Monitor inbound raw material delivery and communicate issues.
- Track Sales Orders and identify impacts on raw materials and stock levels.
- Coordinate with the Compliance Department regarding labels, diagrams, and specs.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure artwork meets customer requirements.
- Order and track concept or production samples based on end-customer needs.
