Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, and cloud administration.
- Hands-on experience managing multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP and Azure.
- Proficiency administering Google Workspace at an organizational level.
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, compute resources, and cost optimization.
- Experience with endpoint management (MDM), device provisioning, and remote-work infrastructure.
- Understanding of security fundamentals: access controls (SSO, MFA, RBAC), encryption, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements at the infrastructure level.
- Proficiency with AI tools in daily work.
- Ability to manage IT vendor relationships and procurement.
- Experience building and maintaining IT documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT operations and internal infrastructure, including cloud environments (GCP, Azure) and internal tools.
- Handle device provisioning and endpoint management (MDM) for a distributed international team.
- Implement and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement.
- Utilize AI tools to automate IT operations and daily workflows.
