Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling transformative technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience closing new business accounts and building pipeline using modern marketing tactics.
- Experience selling to EVPs, CXOs, and end-users in both individual and team sales environments.
- Ability to navigate large organizations' political landscapes and maintain relationships at all levels.
- General knowledge in sales practices such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message (Force Management), Challenger, or Power Selling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present executive-level business cases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-oriented mindset with an ownership mentality.
- Growth mindset with a commitment to learning, feedback, and team-first collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques and processes to manage engagement tactics and deal strategy.
- Cultivate awareness of the Truework vision and execute targeted campaigns for your territory.
- Partner with internal teams to support pre-sales activities, deployment, and execution of account goals.
- Leverage analytics, case studies, and market intelligence to build territory and target account strategies.
- Understand lender operations to identify use cases for verification services and communicate product benefits.
- Navigate buy-team personas, executive bridging, and champion building to close new business.
- Analyze customer strategic growth plans, technology footprints, and competitive landscapes to quantify ROI.
- Represent market trends and client needs to Executive and Product teams to inform product evolution.
