Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong record of closing complex deals in SaaS, data, or market research environments.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing, communications, data, or brand strategy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to executive and C-level audiences.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and elevate team performance.
- Experience contributing to the development of sales processes, methodologies, or best practices.
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with survey research and its methods is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles with minimal oversight, including advanced Qualification, Discovery, and deal structuring for enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.
- Own top-of-funnel and full-cycle sales activities—from prospecting and outreach to closing.
- Deliver compelling, customized platform demonstrations and thought leadership to C-level and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze complex client needs and market data to craft tailored solutions and proposals.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance environment.
- Contribute to the development of sales methodologies and processes.
