Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Experience managing deals spanning multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in territory planning and structured pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environments.
  • Tech-curious mindset with interest in data intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and self-generate enterprise opportunities to ensure pipeline coverage.
  • Lead deals through discovery, demo, evaluation, negotiation, and close.
  • Engage with C-suite and functional leaders to position Cognism as a strategic partner.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with revenue goals.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Provide accurate sales pipeline forecasts and updates to leadership.
