3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technology organizations.
Previous experience as a Director of Technology, Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer, or CTO.
Proven experience in high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health environments.
Proficiency with modern web application frameworks and API development.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Strong background in information security, cybersecurity strategy, and compliance frameworks.
Experience working with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies.
Ability to write and review production-quality code.

Develop and execute the company's technology vision, roadmap, and budget.
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization while actively participating in code reviews, architecture design, and pull requests.
Drive product innovation by partnering with business and clinical leaders to translate ideas into scalable technology solutions.
Oversee cybersecurity strategy, ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare security standards.
Manage internal IT operations, infrastructure, and SaaS administration to ensure operational excellence.
Evaluate, build, and deploy innovative AI and LLM-powered solutions to improve clinical care and operational efficiency.
