  • Experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS environment.
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partners.
  • Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models.
  • Experience building or evolving partner programs to support growth and engagement.
  • Experience leading or developing partner-facing teams, or clear readiness for leadership.
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth environment and bring structure to undefined processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Data-driven approach to managing performance, pipeline, and partner contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Auvik’s channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth.
  • Identify and prioritize key partner segments including MSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Own partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and drive co-selling motions.
  • Build and evolve the partner program, aligning partner tiers and incentives to growth objectives.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners.
  • Establish operating rhythms, accountability, and metrics to ensure predictable channel growth.
