Requirements
- Experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS environment.
- Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partners.
- Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models.
- Experience building or evolving partner programs to support growth and engagement.
- Experience leading or developing partner-facing teams, or clear readiness for leadership.
- Ability to operate in a high-growth environment and bring structure to undefined processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Data-driven approach to managing performance, pipeline, and partner contribution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Auvik’s channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth.
- Identify and prioritize key partner segments including MSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Own partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and drive co-selling motions.
- Build and evolve the partner program, aligning partner tiers and incentives to growth objectives.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Establish operating rhythms, accountability, and metrics to ensure predictable channel growth.
