Requirements

  • 15+ years of Technical Program Management delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Hands-on ownership of customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources for data and AI projects.
  • Proven ability to manage 4-5 customers concurrently while maintaining 85%+ billable utilization.
  • Hands-on Portfolio/Program Management expertise with Agile methodologies and strong understanding of Waterfall.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 (Excel).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; produces executive-ready updates.
  • Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field preferred.
  • PMP and CSM certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of programs for phData’s largest strategic accounts, driving success from discovery to execution and scale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales and delivery leadership to drive overall customer success and account health.
  • Connect client strategic objectives to project outcomes by creating executive-ready enablement and ROI reporting.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable data and AI roadmaps with measurable milestones.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, elevating delivery quality, efficiency, and professional development.
  • Own project and portfolio financials, including revenue targets, margin management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure rigorous project governance with operating cadences, clear RACI, risk/issue/decision logs, and change control.
  • Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell of data and AI solutions, supporting business development with proposals and SOWs.
