Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in high-spend Amazon Advertising accounts.
  • Proven track record of scaling single Amazon accounts.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (must-have).
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising console.
  • Proficiency in Amazon DSP and manual bidding strategies.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Triple Whale, or similar attribution tools.
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical judgment.
  • Experience in Amazon DTC/E-commerce metrics.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads API, SQL, or BI tools (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI, efficiency, and market share.
  • Analyze complex campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights and performance dashboards.
  • Build structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and offers.
  • Monitor performance daily and make data-backed scaling decisions based on statistical trends.
  • Provide clear, actionable creative feedback to technical and creative teams based on account performance data.
  • Manage pacing and spend to hit target CAC/ROAS at scale.
  • Oversee total account health, buy box ownership, and inventory alignment.
