- Support weekly EOH and sell-through updates and Slack channel announcements
- Help spot-check planning file formulas, catch errors, and flag stock-out risk and reorder points
- Support monthly/quarterly forecast reviews, new SKU setup, and syncing approved marketing promos
- Track order ETAs and help align timelines across teams
- Own day-to-day contact for our global network of suppliers, placing orders, and confirming delivery dates
- Track all assigned ClickUp tasks and ERP Fulfil POs; coordinate quotes and delivery with freight forwarders
- Manage PO and Shipping process
- Manage vendor invoices and payment requests
- Continuously evaluate operational workflows to innovate, build, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Loom walkthroughs
