Requirements
- 8-10 years of DTC digital marketing experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience across paid social and paid search.
- Proven experience managing more than $10 million in annual media spend.
- Deep platform-level expertise in Meta Ads, with ability to build, launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling and revenue reporting.
- Experience leading creative testing and translating performance insights into creative priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to make timely decisions.
- AI-forward working style with practical experience in automation, targeting, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy, execution, and performance planning for Body and Skin product categories across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Manage budget pacing and optimize campaigns against revenue, ROAS, CAC, traffic, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Build and execute a testing roadmap across audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative, landing pages, and new platform opportunities.
- Translate performance insights into clear creative priorities in partnership with internal creative teams and agency partners.
- Identify opportunities to unlock scale across the customer journey, including ad creative, campaign tactics, and post-click experiences.
- Develop weekly and monthly forecasts, surface risks and opportunities, and recommend budget or resource shifts.
- Measure and communicate performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, landing-page tools, and attribution platforms.
- Build reporting and automation systems that improve operational efficiency.
- Share learnings across Growth, Creative, and Digital Product teams.
