Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional transformation initiatives across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Revenue, People Operations, or related functions.
- Background in management consulting, advisory, transformation, or Big 4 firms is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record in enterprise transformation, including operating model redesign, governance, and process refinement.
- Strong familiarity with lifecycle processes: Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Payroll & Equity, Tax, Revenue, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Experience leading executive workshops and strategy discussions.
- Proven ability to influence senior partners and build organizational alignment.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday and Vertex.
- Proficiency with portfolio management tools like Jira and analytics/workflow automation platforms.
- Experience using AI tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Finance transformation efforts through processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report/Close-to-Report, People Operations-to-Payroll, and related financial matters.
- Work alongside leaders from Finance, Accounting, Tax, People, Legal, Procurement, Product, Engineering, and Operations to craft future operating models and strategies.
- Host workshops to refine processes, policies, data, technology, controls, and organizational setup.
- Oversee project lifecycles from planning to completion, including task prioritization, governance, and value measurement.
- Manage the Finance transformation portfolio by partnering with Finance Systems and cross-functional teams to boost reporting and delivery tracking.
- Explore and apply new technologies such as AI, automation, analytics, and workflow tools.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to remove blockages and coordinate teams.
- Direct change management, communication, and user adoption efforts.
