Requirements

- 5-10 years of total professional experience.
- Proven track record in analyzing Finance processes and delivering transformation in a mid-size company.
- Direct experience with Financial/ERP systems and integrating data flows across multiple platforms.
- Deep expertise in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude CoWork) and automation for complex finance problem solving.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to embody company attributes: Ownership, Humility, Structured Thinking, and Data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to have tough interpersonal conversations in a constructive, positive manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent active listening and clear communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Audit current Finance processes to identify manual, inefficient, and high-risk steps.
- Develop a 12-month transformation roadmap prioritizing AI-driven automation.
- Implement AI-powered automation solutions in areas like payroll, financial reconciliation, or reporting.
- Analyze financial systems to provide recommendations for upgrades or suite replacements to support group expansion.
- Create standardized, automated reporting templates to provide the CFO with actionable, real-time insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with Data, Tech, and business teams to ensure data integrity and meaning.
