Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in program management.
- At least 1 year of experience in an educational or training institution.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams with autonomy.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with other education-related software is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9AM - 6PM ET.
- Flexibility for occasional work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, handling application setup, client communications, and managing instructional staff hiring processes.
- Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, managing project timelines and ensuring seamless execution.
- Facilitate a successful admissions process, including pipeline monitoring, Q&A sessions, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage live, online training programs, ensuring effective engagement from learners, instructors, and teaching assistants.
- Manage and provide guidance to a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts.
- Support the Senior Program Manager in cultivating client relationships and addressing unique client needs.
- Collaborate across internal teams including Business Operations, Curriculum, Professional Development, and Account Management.
- Contribute to program performance reporting and provide insights to leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
