Requirements

  • Proven AE experience with a track record of hitting quota through outbound-driven pipeline.
  • Deep sales acumen, including knowledge of stage durations, exit criteria, and deal diagnostics.
  • Comfort navigating contract terms and holding the line on defined offerings.
  • Fluency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to operate solo without SDR or enablement support.
  • Startup DNA: thrive with ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong communication skills for pitching and negotiating.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or brand-side merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own new brand acquisition end to end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close.
  • Drive top of funnel with high-velocity outbound while building long-term partnership relationships.
  • Set expectations early and communicate value proposition clearly.
  • Manage the handoff process to ensure a smooth transition to onboarding with signed MSAs.
  • Speak to contract terms with confidence and maintain a disciplined pipeline.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
  • Drive repeat business through land-and-expand strategies.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet brands, attend market weeks, and industry events.
