Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant focus on the mortgage lending industry.
- Deep understanding of mortgage origination processes, lender workflows, and the mortgage technology ecosystem.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS, technology-enabled services, or complex operational solutions.
- Experience managing upper mid-market or enterprise deals with six-figure to seven-figure ACVs.
- Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and manage long-cycle sales opportunities.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Experience developing business cases and connecting solutions to measurable customer outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles with mortgage lenders, including independent banks, credit unions, and enterprise organizations.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound, relationship building, and account-based strategies.
- Conduct deep discovery to understand lender operations, technology stacks, and business pain points.
- Present tailored solutions across the company's SaaS, automation, and fulfillment service portfolio.
- Build business cases for C-level and operational stakeholders that link solutions to efficiency and ROI outcomes.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Product teams to align prospect needs with technical capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events and in-market prospect meetings.
