Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with meaningful experience selling to mortgage lenders.
- Deep familiarity with mortgage origination, lender workflows, and the mortgage technology ecosystem.
- Proven success selling SaaS, technology-enabled services, outsourcing, or complex operational solutions.
- Experience managing upper mid-market or enterprise opportunities with ACVs in the six-figure and seven-figure ranges.
- Ability to self-source a meaningful portion of the pipeline.
- Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-level, operations, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to run consultative discovery and build business cases.
- Experience partnering with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, onsite visits, and industry events.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Responsibilities
- Own complex sales cycles with independent mortgage banks, banks, credit unions, and other mortgage lending organizations.
- Build and manage own pipeline through targeted outbound, relationship development, events, referrals, and account-based prospecting.
- Perform consultative discovery to understand lender origination models, workflows, technology stacks, and business priorities.
- Sell across the full portfolio including SaaS, automation, and fulfillment services.
- Build credibility with senior leaders and translate value into outcomes around efficiency, conversion, cost, and scalability.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to ensure tailored demos and effective customer narratives.
- Build and manage a focused target account list while nurturing long-cycle opportunities.
