Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2C sales with a focus on high-volume outbound activity.
  • Exceptional skill in conducting Discovery Calls and navigating complex Objection Handling.
  • Ability to work 8 AM to 6 PM EST.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized personality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport over the phone.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Google Workspace (Nice-to-Have).
  • Background in the fitness, sports, or healthcare industries (Nice-to-Have).
  • Professional experience in pipeline management (Nice-to-Have).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound dialing (target of 250+ dials per day) to engage with prospective clients.
  • Execute discovery calls to understand the fitness goals and injury history of potential patients.
  • Master objection handling to educate prospects on the value of one-on-one, performance-focused care.
  • Schedule and confirm a minimum of 15 therapy evaluations per week.
  • Manage lead flow and follow-up sequences to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless handoff for arriving patients.
