Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company or a relevant agency.
- Proven track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable building relationships with and influencing senior leaders.
- Proven sourcing skills and ability to build structured sourcing processes.
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI in your recruiting workflow.
- Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Based in LATAM (specifically Mexico).
- Experience hiring for hospitality technology or vertical SaaS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across Mexico, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.
- Execute competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct talent mapping to build a clear picture of the market and surface top passive talent.
- Partner with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to build targeted hiring strategies and influence business outcomes.
- Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse ATS, maintaining clean data and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and share market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico.
- Stay current on Mexican and LATAM compensation benchmarks and competitor talent movements.
