Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company or a relevant agency.
  • Proven track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable building relationships with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Proven sourcing skills and ability to build structured sourcing processes.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools.
  • Hands-on experience using AI in your recruiting workflow.
  • Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Based in LATAM (specifically Mexico).
  • Experience hiring for hospitality technology or vertical SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across Mexico, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.
  • Execute competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct talent mapping to build a clear picture of the market and surface top passive talent.
  • Partner with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to build targeted hiring strategies and influence business outcomes.
  • Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse ATS, maintaining clean data and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and share market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico.
  • Stay current on Mexican and LATAM compensation benchmarks and competitor talent movements.
