Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
- Identify and engage prospective candidates and leads for assigned campaigns.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined campaign criteria through discovery conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and lead status updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate handoffs of qualified prospects to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
