Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or related customer-facing role.
  • Fluent Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken, with strong English proficiency.
  • Experience managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting sales meetings.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers through phone conversations, emails, and virtual interactions.
  • Comfortable handling objections, receiving feedback, adapting approaches, and continuously improving sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Intercom, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work aligned with PST hours while being located in Mexico.
  • Experience in roofing, construction, SaaS, or related industries is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads by understanding customer needs, challenges, timelines, and business goals.
  • Conduct high volumes of sales activities, including calls, emails, and social selling, to connect with prospective customers.
  • Build strong relationships with potential buyers across different levels of an organization and create a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate product value effectively and demonstrate how solutions can address customer challenges.
  • Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and ensure smooth sales handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, document customer interactions, track next steps, and support reliable pipeline forecasting.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to revenue growth.
  • Help improve sales processes, strategies, and workflows by sharing customer insights and identifying opportunities for optimization.
