Requirements

  • 2–5 years in a hybrid customer success and inside sales role.
  • Proven track record of closing deals by phone with warm inbound leads.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (pipeline management, sequencing, task management, and deal-stage tracking).
  • Demonstrable sales results (quota attainment, lead-to-quote, or quote-to-close conversion) in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Experience supporting or selling to SMB service businesses (e.g., pool service, HVAC, plumbing).
  • Ability to manage a queue of 20–100+ customers or leads independently.
  • C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for live phone communication.
  • Experience with field service management software (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted support tools (Claude, ChatGPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire front-line customer and warm-sales operation.
  • Handle inbound support calls and ticketing.
  • Conduct 15–30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm inbound leads.
  • Manage a HubSpot pipeline including task management and deal-stage tracking.
  • Follow up on trade-show and event leads.
  • Participate in an initial 1–2 month onboarding period embedded in the founder's service business.
