Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or commercial expansion roles within SaaS, ideally in K-12 education technology.
  • Proven experience managing revenue targets, renewals, upselling, or expansion opportunities.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders, from educators to school leaders and decision-makers.
  • Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience creating customer onboarding programs, training sessions, and adoption strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use customer data and product usage insights to drive decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Daily experience using Generative AI tools and enthusiasm for applying AI to improve productivity.
  • Strong ownership mindset, resilience, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

  • Own account expansion strategies, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing school networks.
  • Manage revenue expansion targets by increasing platform adoption across teachers, classrooms, schools, and districts.
  • Build strong ROI-based business cases to convert grassroots educator adoption into larger institutional partnerships.
  • Lead customer onboarding programs, including virtual training sessions and adoption initiatives.
  • Monitor usage data and customer engagement trends to proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies.
  • Act as the primary customer contact for troubleshooting, support coordination, and ongoing platform success.
  • Create scalable customer resources, documentation, and playbooks to improve adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to establish customer success processes and commercial strategies.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate insights into improvements for product adoption and business development.
