Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of professional experience in a K-12 software company.
  • Experience in high-volume customer success or account management, ideally serving the US market.
  • Proven ability to manage a revenue expansion quota and lead negotiations.
  • Strong individual contributor (IC) mindset with experience building playbooks and handling software demos.
  • Fluency with Generative AI tools to supercharge productivity.
  • Flawless English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage technical troubleshooting and support tickets from scratch.
  • Bonus: Prior experience as a K-12 teacher, school administrator, or language instructor.
  • Bonus: Previous tenure at a fast-growing EdTech market leader.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and monetize clusters of free classroom-tier usage by pitching school and district leaders on institutional contracts.
  • Manage renewal timelines and own the Net Revenue Retention (NRR) quota.
  • Execute strategic cross-sells to expand usage across grade levels, departments, and sister schools.
  • Conduct high-energy virtual training sessions to drive deep AI platform integration.
  • Monitor software utilization data to preemptively address low-activity accounts and prevent churn.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting and create self-service support documentation.
