Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a closing, inside sales, or Sales Development Representative role.
- Proven experience following a structured sales process, handling objections, and confidently asking for the sale.
- Near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal communication and a neutral accent.
- Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a plus).
- Available to work during Chicago (CST) business hours.
- Access to a reliable computer, fast internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- Highly dependable, organized, and committed to following through with customers.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm inbound leads and convert them into booked appointments.
- Build rapport quickly and identify what's preventing customers from moving forward.
- Handle objections confidently and communicate the value of the company's services.
- Close sales while maintaining a friendly, consultative approach.
- Manage opportunities in Go High Level CRM, schedule appointments, and keep customer records up to date.
- Consistently work toward individual conversion and booking goals.
