Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a closing, inside sales, or Sales Development Representative role.
  • Proven experience following a structured sales process, handling objections, and confidently asking for the sale.
  • Near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal communication and a neutral accent.
  • Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a plus).
  • Available to work during Chicago (CST) business hours.
  • Access to a reliable computer, fast internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
  • Highly dependable, organized, and committed to following through with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm inbound leads and convert them into booked appointments.
  • Build rapport quickly and identify what's preventing customers from moving forward.
  • Handle objections confidently and communicate the value of the company's services.
  • Close sales while maintaining a friendly, consultative approach.
  • Manage opportunities in Go High Level CRM, schedule appointments, and keep customer records up to date.
  • Consistently work toward individual conversion and booking goals.
