Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to work a Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
  • Experience or familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, or Intercom.
  • Strong interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle objections and learn quickly.
  • Comfortable managing phone conversations and writing professional emails.
  • Roofing or construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily activities including calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Connect with and qualify inbound leads.
  • Build rapport with multiple levels of buyers and identify prospect needs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified sales opportunities.
  • Document customer details, use cases, and purchase timeframes.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain data hygiene.
  • Help define and improve sales processes and strategies.
