Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a related role.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking and writing).
- Ability to work a Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
- Experience or familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, or Intercom.
- Strong interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle objections and learn quickly.
- Comfortable managing phone conversations and writing professional emails.
- Roofing or construction industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily activities including calls, emails, and social selling.
- Connect with and qualify inbound leads.
- Build rapport with multiple levels of buyers and identify prospect needs.
- Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified sales opportunities.
- Document customer details, use cases, and purchase timeframes.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and maintain data hygiene.
- Help define and improve sales processes and strategies.
