Requirements

  • Prior outbound sales experience (BDR, SDR, inside sales, or equivalent).
  • Strong phone skills and outbound instincts.
  • Fluent, professional-level English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central time) consistently.
  • Based in LATAM.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things out quickly.
  • High curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts.
  • Ability to ask good questions and think critically about opportunity fit.
  • Organized, reliable, and accountable.
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Nooks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with production processes or quality control is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage manufacturing prospects across the United States including automotive, electronics, and industrial OEMs.
  • Map decision-makers such as Quality Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Operations Leads using LinkedIn.
  • Conduct tailored outreach based on specific inspection challenges.
  • Qualify opportunities by asking critical questions to uncover real blockers like cost, downtime, or false positives.
  • Hand off qualified, clean, and actionable insights to Vision Sales Engineers.
  • Maintain accurate records, activity logs, and notes in HubSpot.
  • Iterate on messaging and outbound strategies based on performance data.
