Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or lead generation roles.
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC services, contractors, and distributors.
  • Proficiency with outbound outreach tools such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, Apollo, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional prospect outreach and personalize messaging.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling consistent rejection.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and build prospect lists using sales intelligence tools.
  • Execute 60–100 daily multi-channel touchpoints including cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and optimize outbound sequences to improve meeting booking rates.
  • Maintain accurate records and hygiene within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on messaging and lead handoffs.
  • Analyze campaign performance to iterate on outreach strategies.
