Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or certificate course.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, at least C1 level).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working webcam.
- Main and backup computer (1.8 GHz, 4GB RAM minimum).
- Main internet at least 25 Mbps (wired).
- Backup internet at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Find prospective buyers and cultivate connections through email, social media, and calls.
- Contact potential and existing customers to build a pipeline of leads.
- Engage with customers to determine the suitability of products and services.
- Schedule sales demos and meetings.
- Manage a CRM or contact list.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy.
- Set sales goals and report team performance.
- Create and collect customer surveys.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
