Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, at least C1 level).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, word-processing software, spreadsheets, and online calendars.
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Main and backup computer (1.8 GHz, 4GB RAM minimum).
  • Main internet at least 25 Mbps (wired).
  • Backup internet at least 10 Mbps.

Responsibilities

  • Find prospective buyers and cultivate connections through email, social media, and calls.
  • Contact potential and existing customers to build a pipeline of leads.
  • Engage with customers to determine the suitability of products and services.
  • Schedule sales demos and meetings.
  • Manage a CRM or contact list.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy.
  • Set sales goals and report team performance.
  • Create and collect customer surveys.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
