Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience booking meetings for Account Executives or outside sales teams
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
  • Comfortable learning and following established sales processes
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • B2B SaaS sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience using sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or Clay (preferred)
  • Experience researching accounts and identifying buying personas (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build and research prospect lists within assigned territories and target accounts
  • Execute outreach sequences using established messaging and templates
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the appropriate field sales representative
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within Salesforce and Outreach
  • Create and update opportunities following established sales processes
  • Communicate meeting details and prospect context to Account Executives through Slack and CRM
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting
