Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume cold calling and outbound sales environment.
  • Hands-on experience using parallel dialers to scale outreach.
  • Demonstrated success in lead sourcing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong pipeline management skills.
  • Background in SaaS or the Tech industry.
  • Active and professional LinkedIn presence.
  • A competitive, "hunter" mindset with a focus on exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate objections and engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Experience in B2B sales or the recruitment/staffing industry (nice-to-have).
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or Outreach (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-growth companies.
  • Prospect into Engineering, Talent Acquisition, HR and Executive leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain high-quality outbound prospect lists using advanced sourcing tools.
  • Execute multi-channel personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Utilize parallel dialers to maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls.
  • Qualify prospects, uncover specific technical hiring needs, and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and track all activity to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize messaging and targeting strategies based on real-time market feedback.
