Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a virtual healthcare administrative support or call center role.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience using electronic filing systems.
  • Experience managing high-discretion and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to HIPAA regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work the required shift of 8:30 am-1:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound patient calls in a fast-paced environment to provide support.
  • Perform outbound calls for appointment reminders, medication adherence, and strategic campaigns.
  • Manage SMS, chat, and email communications from patients.
  • Monitor reviews and provide closed-loop service recovery.
  • Maintain patient records, including insurance and payor information, in the Elation EMR system.
  • Research and resolve patient concerns to achieve first contact resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulatory compliance in all interactions.
  • Meet or exceed specified goals, KPIs, and metrics.
