Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a virtual healthcare administrative support or call center role.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using electronic filing systems.
- Experience managing high-discretion and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to HIPAA regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work the required shift of 8:30 am-1:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound patient calls in a fast-paced environment to provide support.
- Perform outbound calls for appointment reminders, medication adherence, and strategic campaigns.
- Manage SMS, chat, and email communications from patients.
- Monitor reviews and provide closed-loop service recovery.
- Maintain patient records, including insurance and payor information, in the Elation EMR system.
- Research and resolve patient concerns to achieve first contact resolution.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulatory compliance in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed specified goals, KPIs, and metrics.
