Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities.
- Capacity to learn, retain, and differentiate enrollment criteria across multiple trials.
- Demonstrated professionalism, sense of urgency, and self-motivation.
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent education or experience preferred.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Inside sales experience preferred.
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Responsibilities
- Make 60+ outbound calls a day responding to interested patients.
- Answer incoming calls and assess eligibility against protocol inclusion/exclusion criteria.
- Pass qualified patients to the Sr. Patient Recruitment Specialist for medical pre-screening.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of assigned medical indications.
- Identify potential study patients using databases, vendor portals, and electronic platforms.
- Ensure accurate, timely collection and entry of patient information into databases.
- Maintain confidentiality of HIPAA guidelines and sensitive patient information.
- Attend department meetings and support cross-functional team members.
