- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.

Responsibilities
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
- Schedule appointments and direct patients through healthcare systems.
- Perform medical necessity checks and communicate options to patients.
- Provide out-of-pocket cost estimations for services.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Use service recovery skills to resolve patient issues or service breakdowns.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews for data integrity.
- Support process improvements and act as a resource for coworkers.
