Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health information management, or medical records workflows.
  • Working knowledge of ROIS and VRM.
  • Proven experience with data entry processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support associates.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end access lifecycle, including request submission, tracking, and escalation.
  • Monitor access gaps and proactively resolve issues before they impact productivity.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure all team members have appropriate system and site access.
  • Conduct training for site-specific workflows, ROIS, VRM, data entry processes, and new system updates.
  • Lead onboarding training for new hires and provide real-time coaching until associates are production-ready.
  • Maintain and track access to systems/sites and the training/access matrix for associates.
  • Provide leadership with a ready-to-assign workforce view and partner with managers to assess readiness.
  • Identify cross-training opportunities and balance workforce capabilities across sites.
