Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, health information management, or medical records workflows.
- Working knowledge of ROIS and VRM.
- Proven experience with data entry processes.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support associates.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Some college coursework is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end access lifecycle, including request submission, tracking, and escalation.
- Monitor access gaps and proactively resolve issues before they impact productivity.
- Partner with leadership to ensure all team members have appropriate system and site access.
- Conduct training for site-specific workflows, ROIS, VRM, data entry processes, and new system updates.
- Lead onboarding training for new hires and provide real-time coaching until associates are production-ready.
- Maintain and track access to systems/sites and the training/access matrix for associates.
- Provide leadership with a ready-to-assign workforce view and partner with managers to assess readiness.
- Identify cross-training opportunities and balance workforce capabilities across sites.
