Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience delivering engaging, performance-focused training.
  • Ability to influence operational leaders through coaching and partnership.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems (ADP LMS is a plus).
  • Comfort leveraging data and reporting to measure training effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, brands, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training gaps and work with leadership to design growth-oriented solutions.
  • Partner with owners and department heads to create tailored training roadmaps.
  • Provide virtual 1:1 or small group coaching to build foundational skills.
  • Host weekly regional calls to share best practices and facilitate microlearning.
  • Travel to partner companies or lead virtual sessions to deliver training programs.
  • Support field trainers and leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery.
  • Track training success using real-time metrics and analytics.
  • Present findings and feedback to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with field operations to align training with business needs.
