Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience delivering engaging, performance-focused training.
- Ability to influence operational leaders through coaching and partnership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
- Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems (ADP LMS is a plus).
- Comfort leveraging data and reporting to measure training effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, brands, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify training gaps and work with leadership to design growth-oriented solutions.
- Partner with owners and department heads to create tailored training roadmaps.
- Provide virtual 1:1 or small group coaching to build foundational skills.
- Host weekly regional calls to share best practices and facilitate microlearning.
- Travel to partner companies or lead virtual sessions to deliver training programs.
- Support field trainers and leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery.
- Track training success using real-time metrics and analytics.
- Present findings and feedback to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with field operations to align training with business needs.
