Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience delivering engaging, performance-focused training.
- Ability to build credibility and influence operational leaders through coaching and accountability.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort leveraging data and reporting to measure training effectiveness.
- Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support field teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Education, or Business Administration preferred.
- Training and development certification (CPTD, ATD) preferred.
- Experience in skilled trades, field operations, or service-based industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify training gaps and design solutions that fuel growth.
- Partner with owners and department heads to create training roadmaps.
- Provide virtual 1:1 or small group coaching support.
- Host weekly regional calls to share best practices and facilitate microlearning.
- Facilitate training sessions virtually or in-person at partner locations.
- Support and work alongside field trainers to ensure delivery consistency.
- Create training content to address knowledge gaps.
- Track program success using real-time metrics and analytics.
- Collect field feedback to present to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Collaborate with field operations to ensure training alignment.
