- Lead all legal aspects of corporate governance, risk, compliance, divestitures, integrations, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Provide legal guidance to executive leadership on corporate strategy, risk, insurance and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Oversee corporate governance, entity structuring, and compliance across multiple states.
- Manage external legal counsel and optimize legal spend.
- Assist in insurance strategy, claims management, and risk exposure analysis.
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support HR and leadership on employment-related legal matters and disputes.
