Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience totaling four years.
- Two years of demonstrated professional training experience in a business environment.
- Experience using, supporting, or training users on Salesforce CRM and Power BI.
- Proficiency in developing instructional materials, documentation, and user support aids.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience serving internal or external customers.
- Ability to travel approximately four times per year for meetings and development.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable training courses, strategies, and learning structures for the Government Accounts team.
- Deliver complex or customized technical training sessions for Salesforce CRM and Power BI.
- Analyze performance data to identify learning gaps and recommend L&D interventions.
- Create high-quality training documentation, job aids, and user support materials.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align training with business processes and data practices.
- Coordinate data and analytics reports and contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
