Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience using Marketo and Salesforce required.
- Experience in event planning and logistics.
- Proficiency with G Suite and spreadsheet skills.
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated excellence in written communication, project management, and time management.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Marketo programs including automated newsletters, list uploads, and targeted campaigns.
- Produce content and marketing assets for digital use and regional events.
- Manage the marketing credit card and process event invoices.
- Maintain and update campaign data within Marketo and Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking.
- Track event registration and attendance trends to report results and ROI to leadership.
- Oversee fulfillment house inventory and distribution of regional event properties and promotional items.
- Assist in driving partner campaigns using co-sponsored materials and tools.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the sales team regarding marketing activities.
