Requirements

  • Experience using Marketo and Salesforce required.
  • Experience in event planning and logistics.
  • Proficiency with G Suite and spreadsheet skills.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Ability to measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written communication, project management, and time management.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Marketo programs including automated newsletters, list uploads, and targeted campaigns.
  • Produce content and marketing assets for digital use and regional events.
  • Manage the marketing credit card and process event invoices.
  • Maintain and update campaign data within Marketo and Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Track event registration and attendance trends to report results and ROI to leadership.
  • Oversee fulfillment house inventory and distribution of regional event properties and promotional items.
  • Assist in driving partner campaigns using co-sponsored materials and tools.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the sales team regarding marketing activities.
