Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Administrator-level experience with a Marketing Automation Platform, with Marketo preferred.
- Deep practical experience in Salesforce.
- Proven ability to build and walk through GTM AI workflows end-to-end.
- Experience owning measurement infrastructure including attribution, UTMs, campaign architecture, and reporting.
- Designed and maintained lifecycle automation for complex B2B funnels, including scoring, segmentation, and handoffs.
- Managed enrichment platforms such as Clay or ZoomInfo at an infrastructure level.
- Strong systems-thinking, business problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator preferred.
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to launch and manage marketing programs including emails, webinars, ads, and events.
- Lead AI adoption and technical stack design using tools like Clay, Claude CoWork, Glean, and Gemini to improve execution.
- Translate ambiguous go-to-market requests into structured, scalable programs and processes.
- Maintain marketing and sales data hygiene to support lead scoring, routing, and account prioritization.
- Manage end-to-end funnel health including form management and synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Optimize lead scoring, personas, and segmentation to support inbound motions and ABM strategies.
- Design and maintain measurement infrastructure including UTMs, campaign structures, and pipeline attribution reporting.
