Take full ownership of assigned accounting areas, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Prepare and post journal entries, including complex and non-routine transactions.
Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate/resolve discrepancies.
Execute and help drive the month-end close process.
Review and analyze financial statements to identify errors or inconsistencies.
Apply capitalization policies, including fixed asset tracking.
Support or lead ERP system implementations, enhancements, and NetSuite optimization.
Maintain and improve accounting workflows to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
