Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in global marketing operations, marketing strategy & operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement systems and processes in scaling organizations.
- Strong influence and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior executives.
- Experience partnering with brand, creative, product marketing, and growth/media teams.
- Demonstrated strength in partnering with Finance (FP&A) on budgeting and investment decisions.
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems and lead initiatives to completion.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evangelize a global marketing operations program for quality, timing, and budget.
- Build coordinated processes across marketing, agencies, and contractors for planning, intake, and launch governance.
- Partner with Product, Integrated Marketing, and Commercial teams to lead annual and in-year planning.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and change management to resolve operational inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with FP&A on marketing roadmap budgeting, forecasting, and investment governance.
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 marketing operations specialists.
- Support performance tracking and continuous improvement via data-driven insights.
