Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing (product marketing or content marketing experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic external relationships with partners, agencies, or ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns across channels such as webinars, content programs, and integrated launches.
  • Ability to develop compelling narratives, campaign strategies, and messaging frameworks tailored to partner audiences.
  • Familiarity with pipeline metrics such as SQOs, attribution models, and co-marketing ROI measurement.
  • Experience working across different partner types (technology partners, associations, agencies, or platforms).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence acting as the external face of a brand.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the partner marketing program end to end, driving co-marketing, co-sell, and strategic relationship initiatives with key partners.
  • Lead partner onboarding and integration launches, coordinating messaging, positioning, and multi-channel announcements with internal marketing teams.
  • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns including webinars, ebooks, events, and joint content initiatives to expand pipeline generation.
  • Manage ongoing partner programs such as content placements, newsletters, and recurring co-branded marketing activities.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for partner stakeholders, maintaining regular communication, alignment, and campaign coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, enablement, and field marketing to deliver consistent partner messaging and assets.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and repeatable frameworks to streamline partner activations and support program growth.
  • Track and optimize partner performance, including attribution, referral quality, and ROI across co-marketing initiatives.
