Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM marketing experience including scaling programs.
- Demonstrated experience building lifecycle infrastructure from the ground up, including segmentation and multi-channel journeys.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Customer.io or similar platforms like Braze or Iterable.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including experience querying data sets via SQL, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Proven track record of designing and running experimentation across segment-based and event-triggered campaigns.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage roadmaps and lead cross-functional sprints.
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and professional development of direct reports.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and high-impact results.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, infrastructure, and best practices for lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns and automations based on segmentation and event-triggered data.
- Analyze and report on lifecycle metrics such as deliverability, open rates, CTR, and revenue to drive actionable insights.
- Coordinate sprint planning, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization to ensure timely delivery of team goals.
- Collaborate with data, product, finance, and engineering teams to align on requirements and priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the lifecycle management team.
