Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Previous experience building B2B SaaS products or platform areas.
- Ability to think in data models and collaborate with engineers on schemas, migrations, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience with mass communication tools such as email marketing, transactional emails, or SMS.
- Experience building data-heavy B2B SaaS such as CRM, analytics, or marketing automation platforms.
- Fluent with data, including writing SQL queries and JOINs.
- Ability to build and design for non-technical, resource-strapped users.
- Strong user research skills to discover and translate fuzzy needs into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM vision and roadmap end-to-end by translating company strategy into a sequenced plan.
- Drive the evolution of the data model regarding supporter records, data quality, segmentation, and reporting.
- Develop segmentation and List tools to enable data-informed fundraising.
- Grow the CRM as an acquisition engine by shipping top-of-funnel features.
- Own insights and metrics for email and multi-channel communication tools to drive donor giving.
- Conduct user research to identify real problems, define success criteria, and iterate based on data.
