Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of owning product P&L and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.
- Technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, search systems, authentication, and billing/entitlement platforms.
- Experience building enterprise or platform products used by internal teams and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritize tradeoffs, and execute across large cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Experience building governance structures, operating models, and KPI frameworks.
- Proficiency with AI tools and modern product development workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow product talent.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of foundational platform products.
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle execution across APIs, data platforms, enterprise search, and identity/billing systems.
- Own portfolio-level P&L, build business cases, and drive investment decisions.
- Establish governance frameworks and operating models to improve delivery predictability.
- Lead KPI definition and performance tracking for executive reporting.
- Coordinate large-scale, multi-team initiatives across global product and engineering organizations.
- Mentor and develop product management talent while promoting modern, AI-driven practices.
