Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform products, infrastructure systems, or shared enterprise capabilities.
  • Strong experience working with engineering teams on complex systems such as APIs, data platforms, integrations, or distributed architectures.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and translate stakeholder needs into scalable, executable roadmaps.
  • Experience working in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, or government.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritize initiatives and measure product performance.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of platform product principles including scalability, reliability, observability, and system design tradeoffs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Interest in healthcare data systems, compliance environments, and large-scale information exchange platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the ROI platform, including shared services, integrations, and foundational data systems.
  • Define and prioritize platform capabilities that enable multiple product teams and business units to deliver value at scale.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure platform reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and uptime across critical systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement of core systems such as Healthsource, data models, and integration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences stakeholders to align priorities and business needs.
  • Translate complex technical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product strategy and execution plans.
  • Define and track key platform health metrics, including system availability, incident recovery times, and integration performance.
  • Identify opportunities for platform modernization, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities and platform strategy clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enable multiple product teams by delivering scalable infrastructure, APIs, and shared capabilities that accelerate innovation.
