Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in market operations, client operations, account management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and track deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across multiple teams or functions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare meeting notes, status updates, and follow-up communications.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or project tracking software.
- Experience in healthcare, managed care, or a value-based care setting (preferred).
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings and team events.
Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of assigned markets, client priorities, operational workflows, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inputs and track assigned metrics, action items, and reporting needs.
- Manage assigned tasks, meeting follow-ups, documentation, and project details with accuracy and timeliness.
- Work effectively with Growth, Clinical Operations, Data/Analytics, Finance, and other partners to coordinate next steps.
- Prepare clear updates, meeting notes, and follow-up communications for internal and client contacts.
- Identify recurring process gaps and suggest practical improvements to operational workflows.
- Support relationship management through preparation, responsiveness, and accurate information sharing.
- Translate strategy into tasks, timelines, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Identify potential issues early and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
