Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, or program management within a DTC, eCommerce, or direct-response environment.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects across marketing, product, and tech simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of CRO principles, including landing pages, offer structure, and checkout flows.
  • Hands-on experience working with tech and development teams, including writing requirements and managing tickets.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
  • Experience supporting domain migration, replatforming, or brand consolidation work.
  • Ability to ensure clean QA and go-live processes for new product initiatives.
  • Understanding of how conversion connects to AOV, LTV, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Product, Tech, and Customer Success.
  • Build, manage, and update project plans, timelines, and dependencies across all initiatives.
  • Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes to reduce friction.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate landing pages, offers, and funnel updates from concept to launch.
  • Drive execution of email and SMS programs, lifecycle automations, and retention workflows.
  • Manage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including landing pages, offers, and checkout flows.
  • Coordinate operational execution of new offers, bundles, and funnel updates.
